League Registration

ALL teams that have earned and accepting their bye invitation for the 24-25 year are required to register your team for the 24-25 GCL Event. These teams include: Returning teams that have earned and claimed their bye  and new teams that have been accepted through our application process.

ALL TEAMS MUST  HAVE A GOTSPORT ACCOUNT. Please contact your club admin or home association for assistance with this.


Step 1

REGISTER YOUR TEAM

IF YOU ARE A RETURNING BYE TEAM:
You must register via GotSport and upload an official roster by 7/7/24

IF YOU ARE A TEAM THAT HAS BEEN ACCEPTED THROUGH OUR APPLICATION PROCESS:
You must register and upload an official roster by 7/24/24

Please note: When registering, if you do NOT have your official roster at the time of registration, you may come back and upload it later but DO continue and complete the rest of the registration process. We MUST have all official rosters by 7/24. The same applies to black-out dates.  During the registration process you will be asked to submit your blackout dates, if you do not know them yet, you may come back and submit those. We must have ALL blackout dates by 8/1.

Step 2

After you Register

After Completing your registration follow these important steps to complete this portion of your registration:

  • Log in to your GotSport Team Account
  • Click on the team that is participating in GCL
  • Click on Team Registrations
  • Click on Girls Classic League 2024/2025 and then click EDIT 
  • Scroll to the question regarding the uploading of your New Official NTX Roster and Upload your roster there. Click Save.
  • Click on the Payments  and make certain a payment method is entered. We Process your payment method manually after review of your registration and approval. If there is an issue, we will let you know. We prefer League Fees to be paid through your GotSport Account using a Credit Card  If your Club pays the fee, choose Check/Money Order.  
  • Click on the Team Tab and make sure all contact information is correct. 

IF YOU ARE A BYE TEAM REGISTRATION, OFFICIAL ROSTER and BYE FEE ARE DUE BY 7/7/2024

IF YOU ARE A NEW TEAM THAT HAS BEEN ACCEPTED THROUGH OUR APPLICATION PROCESS, YOU MUST DO THIS BY 7/24/24


FALL REGISTRATION FEES and BLACKOUT REQUEST  ARE DUE BY 8/1/24  FOR ALL TEAMS.

IMPORTANT!

17U - 19U TEAMS IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING SAT/ACT TESTING DATES:

SAT / ACT Approved Dates
We will honor SAT / ACT Testing for 17U - 19U Teams ONLY as follows: 

  • SAT Testing Dates Honored for 17U and Up. 8/24/24, 10/5/24, 3/8/25 (1pm or later game starts)
  • ACT Testing Dates Honored for 17U and Up 9/14/24, 10/26/24, 4/5/2025 (1pm or later game starts)

16U and younger players that choose to participate in SAT/ACT Testing are not included in the above team scheduling accommodation.
