Getting Waivers Properly Signed

In the slides below we will guide you through getting your waivers signed. It's important to make sure you follow the instructions carefully so parents do not have to sign multiple times.

GCL Waiver RED X problems - How to solve.

You have sent all your logins to your parents and they claim they have signed the Covid-19 Waiver, however you are still seeing a big RED X to the right of their name on your event roster.  Most of the time the problem is the player/parent is using an old GotSoccer Login that is associated with their email address when logging in.  When you sent them their login's using the instructions found here, it is quite possible the email generated sent them all logins and they chose the wrong one. It happens and here is how to solve it.

LOGIN TO YOUR TEAM GOTSOCCER ACCOUNT and CLICK ON YOUR GCL EVENT ROSTER


Login to your Team GotSoccer Account

LOOK FOR THE RED X.
This means your player has not signed it or signed it using an incorrect username that is NOT associated with your account.


Look for the Red X

CLICK ON THE PLAYER(S) NAMES WITH A RED X, ONE AT A TIME TO VIEW THEIR LOGIN OR UPDATE IT.


Click on the players with the RED X, One at a time

UPDATE THEIR LOGIN IF YOU CHOOSE.


Update their username/password to avoid confusion and send it to them.

Link to the GCL Waiver

Copy and paste this link into your email to them, so they can go directly to the GCL WAIVER. Make sure they login to the right under "INDIVIDUAL USERS" with the login you are telling them to use.
