Baylor Healthcare to offer FREE Sports Physicals Saturday August 13th:
Good Afternoon Parents & Coaches of Lake Highlands Girls Classic League,
Baylor Regional Medical Center at Plano would like to Thank You for allowing us to be apart of your organization!
The Baylor SportsCare Program is excited to support your organization with injury prevention education, continue education units, and sports medicine needs.
Baylor SportsCare would like to extend an invitation out to our community athletes, parents, and coaches to the health screening and injury prevention education event listed below. You are welcome to share these events with your family and friends.
Saturday August 13th: Free Athletic Participation Physicals (Ages 11-21), 9a.m. - 2p.m.
• Athletic Participation Physical Forms are Provided by Baylor Regional Medical Center at Plano
• All minors must be accompanied by a parent, ages 11-17
• light snack will be provided
• Free Garage Parking

Saturday August 27th: Sports Medicine Symposium, 3p.m. - 6p.m.
• Injury Prevention, Nutrition Awareness, and Sports Medicine Training for Parents, Coaches, & Athletic Trainers
• (3)Continue Education Units are provided through National Athletic Training Association for Athletic Trainers
• Free Dinner will be provided
• Free Garage Parking
• Hands On Practical: Spine Boarding, Tapping Ankles, Removing Face Mask/Helmet and many more.
• Topics Include: Exercise Induced Asthma, ACL Injury Prevention, Sports Nutrition Awareness , and many more
